SHIPPING COST

Italy:

Standard Deliveries up to 5 Kg. (3 working days - from Monday to Friday): € 8.90 for Islands (Sicily and Sardinia) € 11.00

For parcels over 5 kg. you will be contacted and you will be notified of the relative transport costs (from 20.00 to 30.00 euros approximately)

If the shipped goods are not collected, the Customer will be required to reimburse NEW GARDEN SAS, within 7 working days of the request, the cost incurred for the unsuccessful shipment and the related storage costs. IT IS ALSO UNDERLINED THAT FURTHER ORDERS WILL BE FULFILLED ONLY WITH A FORM OF ADVANCE PAYMENT (PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD). NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ON THIS POINT.

Goods travel at customer's risk and danger. Shipping costs do not include insurance costs. If the Client desires All Risk insurance coverage, he can contact us by e-mail for information and rates.

Abroad:

The cost of transport varies according to the weight, volume and country of destination: before confirming the order, the shipping costs will be displayed.

Any customs duties are charged to the customer.

TIME FOR FULFILLMENT OF THE ORDER

Orders are processed (by evasion we mean the delivery of the goods to the Freight Forwarder) after checking by NEW GARDEN SAS on the accuracy of the Personal Data and contact details provided by the Customer:

In case of payment by credit card or Paypal in advance: within the second working day (Monday to Friday) following receipt of payment.

In case of payment by bank transfer or recharge on postepay, within the second working day (from Monday to Friday) following receipt of the notification by our bank of the payment or receipt of recharge.

In case of payment by bank transfer, if the payment is not received within 7 working days the same order will be considered canceled.

10. WAYS AND TIMES OF SHIPPING

Shipments are made through the SDA Poste Italiane or BRT Bartolini Courier for deliveries on the Italian territory, and for all European and Extra-European countries.

Destination Italy: SDA / BRT guarantee delivery from Monday to Friday in 3 working days for standard delivery and in one working day for express delivery. For more information send an e-mail to info@lamiacasachic.it
